RESTAURANTS FRENCH NEO-BISTRO CUISINE
TWO LOCATIONS, ONE SIGNATURE
On either side of the tracks, Le Café Les Deux Gares and Les Deux Gares Express form a perfect pair overlooking the Gare de l’Est.
The first, a bistro with interiors by Luke Edward Hall, invites you to sit down for lunch or dinner and enjoy the refined dishes of Jonathan Schweizer.
The second, Les Deux Gares Express, is buzzing all day long: stop by for a coffee at the counter, sit down for sausage and mash, eggs mayonnaise, or a golden croque-monsieur, and come back later for a drink in the sun.
LES DEUX GARES EXPRESS
Located at the foot of the hotel, this lively, gourmet spot is open all day long. In the kitchen, Jonathan Schweizer and Ilaria Conti serve up neo-bistro French cuisine: sausage and mash, croque-monsieur with smoked butter, eggs mayonnaise, house-made sandwiches, cheeses from Taka & Vermo, and pastries from Sain bakery.
Designed by Luke Edward Hall, the space opens onto a sunny terrace where you’ll want to linger, whether for a ray of sunshine or a glass of natural wine, even if you're in a rush.
