From the Café to the Express
Two ways to experience Les Deux Gares

On either side of the tracks, two locations extend the world of Hôtel Les Deux Gares. Two atmospheres, two rhythms, but the same appreciation for the Parisian bistro, fine dining, and interiors designed by Luke Edward Hall.
Between Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, Les Deux Gares is no longer just a hotel. Surrounding it, two dining spots each tell their own story of a certain idea of Paris: Café Les Deux Gares and Les Deux Gares Express.
One invites you to take your time over lunch or dinner, while the other keeps you company throughout the day, from your first coffee to your last drink. Two complementary spots, just a few steps apart.
Café Les Deux Gares, the neighborhood bistro
Located on the other side of the tracks, Café Les Deux Gares is a natural extension of the hotel’s world.
In an interior imagined by Luke Edward Hall, you’ll find the spirit of a true Parisian bistro: warm, lively, and free of unnecessary fuss.
At the helm, Frédéric Lesire and chef Jonathan Schweizer offer French cuisine that is both simple and sophisticated, crafted with the seasons. Food you’ll want to come back for, paired with a carefully curated selection of natural wines.
Stop by for lunch, dinner, or just to linger at the bar. It’s as much a local neighborhood spot as it is a destination in its own right.

Les Deux Gares Express, from morning until night
Right at the foot of the hotel, Les Deux Gares Express sets a different pace.
Here, the day begins with coffee and pastries from the Sain bakery, continues with lunch at the counter or on the terrace, and can easily end with a glass of wine.
In the kitchen, Jonathan Schweizer and Ilaria Conti revisit classic French bistro dishes with a neo-bistro twist: eggs mayonnaise, sausage and mash, croque-monsieur with smoked butter, house-made sandwiches, and cheeses from Taka & Vermo.
Generous, spontaneous cooking designed to suit your mood: whether you want to take your time or just grab a quick bite.

Two addresses, one shared world
From the Café to the Express, there is a common thread: the work of Luke Edward Hall, who also designed the interiors for the Hôtel Les Deux Gares.
Bold colors, patterns, Art Deco references, and a touch of eccentric English spirit create an instantly recognizable identity that brings all three spaces into conversation.
You can start your day at the Express, meet at the Café for dinner, and then walk just a few meters to reach your room.
